Dutch Delight Pancakes
A fluffy and sweet pancake recipe inspired by Dutch cuisine, topped with a delightful Turkish delight mixture.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup sugar
- β1 cup milk
- β2 eggs
- β2 tablespoons butter, melted
- β1 cup, crushed turkish delight
- β1/2 cup icing sugar
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter.

3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

5. Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the pan.
