Moroccan Lamb Tagine

- β1 (1.5 kg) Lamb shoulder
- β2 tsp Dreamy Moroccan spice blend
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β2 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β4 medium Carrots
- β100g Prunes
- β500ml Chicken broth
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp Black pepper

Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the lamb and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened.

Add the carrots, prunes, chicken broth, spice blend, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil, then cover and transfer to the oven.

Bake at 300Β°F (150Β°C) for 2.5 hours, or until the meat is tender.
