Mushroom and Ovoli Tagine

Ingredients
- β1 cup, sliced mushroomany variety
- β1 cup, sliced ovoliuse firm, fresh ovoli
- β1 tablespoon, dried egyptianuse ground cumin or coriander as substitute
- β1 tagineuse a ceramic or clay tagine for authentic flavor
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking
- βto taste saltadjust seasoning

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the tagine over medium heat.
