Jamaican Sweet Potato Casserole
A sweet and savory twist on a classic casserole, featuring the warm flavors of Jamaica.
Ingredients

- β1 tsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoningadjust to taste
- β1/4 cup Brown Sugarpacked into measuring cup
- β1/2 cup Granulated Sugaradjust to taste
- β1/2 cup Unsalted Buttermelted
- β1 cup Heavy Creamadjust to desired consistency
- β1 tsp Vanilla Extractadjust to taste
- β1 cup Marshmallowsmini or regular

In a large mixing bowl, combine cubed sweet potatoes, Jamaican jerk seasoning, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
