Chicken Kebab Curry
A flavorful and spicy chicken kebab curry dish from Indian cuisine. Serve with rice or naan for a filling meal.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Boneless Chicken Breasts
- β2 teaspoons Dry Red Chili Powder
- β1 teaspoon Crunchy Onion Powder
- β2 tablespoons Ginger Paste
- β1 tablespoon Garlic Paste
- β1 teaspoon Indian Kebab Spice Blend
- β1 cup Greek Yogurt
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- βto taste Salt
- β2 tablespoons Cooking Oil

In a blender or food processor, combine ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, onion powder, kebab spice blend, and 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Blend until smooth.

Add the blended spice mixture to a large bowl. Add the chicken and mix until coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off.
