Spanish Chicken Paella
A traditional Spanish dish made with chicken, rice, and spices. This recipe serves a crowd and is perfect for a special occasion.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breastsCut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 cup Spanish rice
- β1 pound Chorizo, sliced
- β1 cup Dry white wine
- β2 teaspoons Heat, delightful paprika
- β2 cups Chicken broth
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
