Lamb Skewers with Ethiopian Spices

- β500g Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp Ethiopian berbere spice mix
- β1/4 cup Dry red wine
- β2 cloves Roasted garlic, minced
- β10-12 Skewers (wooden or metal)
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
