Pan-Seared Dumplings with Sherry Sauce

- β12-16 pieces Dumplings (homemade or store-bought)
- β1/4 cup Sherry
- β2 tablespoons Dry white wine (optional)
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 clove Garlic, minced
- β1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- βto taste Salt and pepper

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
