Spicy Tempeh Kadhai

- β2 tbsp kadhai masala
- β1 medium, thinly sliced onion
- β1 large, thinly sliced bell pepper
- β1 large, diced tomato
- β3 cloves, minced garlic
- β1-inch piece, grated ginger
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp coriander
- β1/2 tsp paprika
- β1 tsp salt
- β1/2 tsp pepper

Heat oil in a kadhai or large skillet over medium-high heat.
