Spicy Almond Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir-fry with spicy sauce and crunchy almonds. This dish is inspired by Indian cuisine and can be served as a snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- β250g Bamboo shootscanned
- β100g Almondssliced
- β2 tablespoons Eamatriciana sauce
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1-2 Chili pepperssliced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced chili peppers and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the grated ginger and minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the bamboo shoots and cook until they start to soften, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the sliced almonds and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until they are lightly toasted.

Stir in the eamatriciana sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
