Greek Evening Avgolemono Soup
A traditional Greek soup made with chicken, egg, and lemon, perfect for a chilly evening. This avgolemono soup is a classic comfort food.

- β4 cups chicken broth
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β2 egg yolks
