Crispy Hash Browns with Slovakian Twist

- β1/2 cup, diced Crispy onion
- β2 tsp Earthily thyme
- β1 tsp Hash brown seasoning
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt

Add sliced mushrooms and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add diced onion and cook until crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
