Earthy Bean Stir Fry
A hearty and nutritious stir fry made with earthy mushrooms, creamy sauce, and protein-rich beans.
Ingredients

- β1 cup bean sprouts
- β1/2 cup black beans, canned
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon olive oil
- β1 medium onion
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
