Spicy Earthy Stir-Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir-fry made with earthy mushrooms and a hint of Spanish spice. Serve hot over a bed of rice for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp spanish olive oil
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp chili flakes
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1/4 cup creamy goat cheesecrumbled
- β1 cup stir-fry vegetablesfrozen, thawed

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and chili flakes and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender.
