Roasted Celeriac Gratin
A rich and creamy French side dish featuring roasted celeriac topped with a crunchy crumble.
Ingredients
- β1 medium Celeriacpeeled and cubed
- β1 tsp Jamaican allspiceground
- β1/2 cup Crispy breadcrumbs
- β2 tbsp Earthy brown sugar
- β1/2 cup Crumbles
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β2 tbsp Butter

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Toss the celeriac cubes with brown sugar, allspice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Spread the celeriac on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.

While the celeriac is roasting, mix the breadcrumbs with crumbles in a separate bowl.

After the celeriac has roasted for 20 minutes, remove it from the oven and top it with the breadcrumb mixture.

Dot the top with butter and return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
