Croatian Dumplings with Earthy Ghee
A hearty and comforting dish featuring Croatian dumplings smothered in a rich, earthy ghee sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 package (20-25 dumplings) Dumplings
- β2 tablespoons Earthy ghee
- β2 cups Vegetable broth
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Bring the vegetable broth to a simmer in a large pot.

Add the dumplings to the pot and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until they float to the surface.

While the dumplings are cooking, heat the earthy ghee in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Once the ghee is melted and fragrant, remove from heat and set aside.

Once the dumplings are done, remove them from the pot with a slotted spoon and place them in a serving dish.

Pour the heated ghee over the top of the dumplings and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
