Earthy Stir Fry
A simple stir fry recipe that combines earthy mushrooms with a variety of vegetables, cooked to perfection.
Ingredients
- β250g Mushrooms, earthy
- β2tbsp Flour
- β2tbsp Vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Bell pepper
- β2 medium Carrot
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sliced bell pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add the sliced carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the earthy mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
