Wild Mushroom Schnitzel
A hearty German dish featuring earthy wild mushrooms, crispy schnitzel, and a side of flavorful garlic butter.

- ●1 cup wild mushroomssuch as chanterelle or cremini

- ●1 tsp curry powder
- ●1 cup earthly panko breadcrumbs

1. Prepare the wild mushrooms by cleaning and slicing them into thin strips.

2. In a shallow dish, mix together flour and curry powder.

3. Dip each pork cutlet into the flour mixture, coating both sides evenly.

4. Dip the floured cutlet into the beaten eggs, making sure to coat completely.

5. Roll the egg-coated cutlet in the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

6. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

7. Sear the breaded cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

8. Transfer the cutlets to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
