Korean BBQ Beef
A flavorful and spicy Korean-style BBQ beef dish with a sweet and sticky marinade, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Serve with steamed vegetables or rice for a well-rounded meal.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β2 cloves garlic (minced)
- β1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- β1 tablespoon sesame oil
- β grill
- β earth (for grilling)

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and Korean chili flakes.

Add the sliced beef to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the beef from the marinade and grill for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
