Norwegian Fernbrake Stew

- β2 cups Fernbrake mushroomswild-harvested
- β4 cups Earthy vegetable brothhomemade
- β2 tsp Smoky paprikaadd depth of smokiness

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the stew meat (if using) and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the fernbrake mushrooms, carrots, and potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.

Pour in the earthy vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
