Braised Cabbage with Ukrainian Flair

- β1 medium head, chopped Cabbage
- β1 cup, sliced Earthly mushrooms
- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β1 tsp Caraway seeds
- β2 cups Vegetable broth
- β2 tbsp Brown sugar
- β1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Heat oil in a large bowl over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped cabbage, caraway seeds, vegetable broth, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Stir to combine.
