Filipino-Style Bicol Express
A spicy Filipino dish made with chili peppers and coconut milk. This recipe is a variation of the traditional Bicol Express, using xeriscape for added flavor.

- ●1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- ●2-3 chili pepperssuch as habanero or scorpion
- ●1 medium onionchopped

- ●2 tbsp fish sauce
- ●to taste black pepper
- ●2 tbsp coconut oil

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
