Turkish-Style Lamb Kofte
A classic Turkish dish featuring flavorful lamb kofte, inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean.

- β1 medium Easy-Onionfinely chopped
- β1/4 cup Crumbly Breadcrumbsplain, unsalted
- β1/4 cup Cig Feta Cheesecrumbled
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β1/4 teaspoon Turkish Red Pepper Flakes

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and Turkish red pepper flakes.
