Creamy Moroccan Chicken Tagine
This creamy tagine is a twist on the traditional Moroccan dish, made with tender chicken, exotic spices, and a rich creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- β2 teaspoons tagine spice mix
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 cup easy cream
- β1 cup crumbled cheesefeta or goat cheese work well
Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the bottom of a large tagine or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the tagine spice mix and cook for 1 minute.

Pour in the cream and bring to a simmer.
