Mitsuba Fritters French Style
A crispy and flavorful French-inspired mitsuba fritter recipe that's easy to make and perfect as a snack.

- β1 cup All-purpose flourSieved
- β2 EggsBeaten
- β1 cup Buttermilk
- β1 cup Vegetable oil
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Garlic powder
- β1 tsp Paprika
- β1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

In a large bowl, mix together flour, eggs, buttermilk, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.

Add mitsuba to the bowl and stir until well combined.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the mitsuba mixture into the oil, forming small fritters.

Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
