- β2 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 chilli pepperdiced
- β2 cans (400g each) tomatocrushed
- β1L beef brothhomemade or store-bought
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β2 bay leavesfresh or dried

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.

Add chilli pepper, cook for 1 minute.

Add beef, cook until browned.

Add tomato, beef broth, salt, and black pepper.
