Spanish Spaghetti Pasta
A simple Spanish-inspired spaghetti dish with the flavors of the Mediterranean.
Ingredients
- β12 oz Spaghetti
- β2 tbsp Olive oilUse a high-quality extra virgin olive oil
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 large TomatoDiced
- β1 tsp Red pepper flakesOptional for some heat
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add diced tomato to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until it starts to break down.

Add red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet and stir to combine.

When the spaghetti is done cooking, drain it and add it to the skillet with the tomato mixture.

Toss the spaghetti in the skillet to combine, seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.
