Argentinian Beef Skewers
Grilled beef skewers served with a spicy twist, inspired by the flavors of Argentina.
Ingredients
- β500g Flank Steakcut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 medium Red Onioncut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 large Red Bell Peppercut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tbsp Zest of 1 Limefreshly squeezed
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Argentinian Chimichurri Sauce (store-bought or homemade)adjust to taste
- β2 tbsp Olive Oilfor grilling
- βto taste Saltpreferably kosher or sea salt
- βto taste Black Pepperfreshly ground

2. In a large bowl, whisk together lime zest, garlic, and chimichurri sauce.

3. Add the beef cubes, red onion, and red bell pepper to the bowl. Toss to coat with the marinade.

4. Thread the beef and vegetables onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.

5. Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
