Moroccan Sweet Potato Sellou

- ●2 cups sellou
- ●1 cup milk
- ●1 tsp honeyadjust to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Poke some holes in the sweet potatoes with a fork and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.

Let the sweet potatoes cool down.

Peel the sweet potatoes and mash them in a large bowl.
