Kenyan Nectarine Crisp
A sweet and tangy dessert that combines the flavors of Kenyan spices with the sweetness of nectarines. The effervescent element adds a refreshing twist to this classic crisp.

- β2 tsp Kenyan spice blend
- β1/2 cup All-purpose flourgluten-free
- β1 cup Effervescent waterfor soaking
- β1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- β2 tbsp Unsalted buttermelted
- β1/2 cup Oat flourrolled oats ground into flour

In a large bowl, mix together sliced nectarines, granulated sugar, and Kenyan spice blend.

Soak the mixture in effervescent water for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together flour, oat flour, and melted unsalted butter.
