Effortless Pork Skillet
A simple and delicious pork skillet recipe with creamy sauce, inspired by Russian cuisine.

- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- β1 cup heavy cream
- β1 teaspoon dijon mustard

Season the pork shoulder with salt and black pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork shoulder until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
