- β1 cup sweet ricepreferably day-old rice
- β2 glazed eggcook eggs in a glaze of 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp water
- β4-6 wraps filipino wrapor substitute with flour tortillas
- β1/4 cup flourfor dusting
- β2 tbsp sugarfor glazing eggs

Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.

Dust the wraps with a pinch of flour to prevent sticking.

Place a wrap in the pan and cook for 1 minute.

Flip the wrap and cook for another minute.

Repeat with remaining wraps.

In a separate pan, cook the glazed eggs until heated through.

To assemble the wraps, place a cooked wrap on a flat surface.

Add a scoop of sweet rice, followed by a glazed egg.

Fold the wrap in half and serve immediately.
