Creamy Frittata
A rich and creamy frittata, perfect for a weekend brunch.
Ingredients

- β1 cup, diced free
- β1/4 cup, shredded goeey
- β1/4 cup, shredded american
- β1/4 cup, heavy cream

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat.

Add diced free and cook until softened.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, shredded gooey, american, and a pinch of salt.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked free in the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set.

While the frittata is baking, heat heavy cream in a small saucepan over low heat.

Once the frittata is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Drizzle the warm heavy cream over the frittata and serve.
