Naengmyeon with Buckwheat Noodles

Ingredients
- β4 oz Buckwheat Naengmyeon Noodles
- β4 oz Chilled Buckwheat Noodles
- β2 tbsp Gochujang Sauce
- β2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1/4 cup Sliced Green Onionsfor garnish
- β1/4 cup Roasted Sesame Seedsfor garnish
Instructions

Cook the buckwheat naengmyeon noodles according to package instructions.

In a separate pot, cook the chilled buckwheat noodles according to package instructions.

In a large bowl, whisk together the gochujang sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce.

Add the cooked buckwheat naengmyeon noodles to the bowl and toss to coat with the sauce.

Add the cooked chilled buckwheat noodles to the bowl and toss to combine.
