Grilled Gosari Wrap
A flavorful Korean-style dish featuring crispy grilled fernbrake gosari, wrapped in a warm terracotta wrap with a side of charred egrilled.
Ingredients
- ●1 bunch GosariKorean-style fernbrake
- ●1 cup Egrilledmarinated and grilled
- ●2 tablespoons Charcharred and flaked
- ●1 wrap Terracotta Wraplarge, warm wrap
- ●1 Dishfor serving

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. Marinate egrilled in your favorite Korean-inspired sauce for at least 30 minutes.

3. Grill egrilled for 2-3 minutes per side, or until crispy and slightly charred.

4. Meanwhile, wrap the terracotta wrap in foil and warm it in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.

5. Slice the grilled egrilled into thin strips.

6. Add a handful of gosari to each wrap, followed by a few slices of grilled egrilled.

7. Drizzle with char, and serve immediately.
