Eggy Elastic Pilaf
A unique and tasty side dish made with eggy flavor and elastic texture, served with a malty pilaf.
Ingredients

- ●100g elastic
- ●200g malty pilaf
- ●1 tsp salt
- ●1 tsp black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a bowl, mix together eggs and salt.

3. Add elastic to the bowl and mix until combined.

4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

5. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until set.

6. While the elastic mixture is cooking, heat the malty pilaf according to package instructions.

7. Once the elastic mixture is done, slice into desired portions.

8. Serve the sliced elastic mixture on top of the heated malty pilaf.

9. Garnish with black pepper to taste.
