Sardine Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew made with sardines, perfect for a cozy evening. This recipe combines the freshness of herbs with the richness of fish.
Ingredients
- β1 can (drained and chopped) sardines
- β1 medium (chopped) onion
- β3 cloves (minced) garlic
- β2 medium (chopped) tomato
- β1/4 cup (chopped) fresh parsley
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β4 cups (vegetable or chicken broth) stew
