Palak Paneer

- β1 bunch palak
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1-inch piece ginger
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β1 tsp cumin powder
- β1 tsp coriander powder
- β1/2 tsp garam masala
- βto taste salt

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
