Hash Brown Medley
A simple, elegant hash brown dish with a mediterranean twist, featuring crispy almond slivers.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup AlmondSliced, toasted
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 large EggBeaten

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

3. Add the beaten egg to the bowl and mix until the potato mixture is well coated.

4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the potato mixture and cook until the bottom is crispy.

5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
