Smokey Pho
A hearty, comforting dish inspired by the flavors of Vietnam. This smokey pho is a twist on the classic noodle soup, featuring tender beef and a rich, aromatic broth.

In a large stockpot, combine beef brisket, onion, ginger, star anise, and cinnamon stick.

Pour in 4 cups of cold water and bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.

Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean pot, discarding the solids.

Add pho spice blend, fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar to the broth.
