Savory Hwajeon Pancakes with Flax and Umami
A fusion Korean-inspired hwajeon pancake with a nutty flax topping and umami-rich sesame oil.

- β1 cup water
- β2 tablespoons sesame oil
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 cup scallionschopped
