Vietnamese Rainbow Trout
A flavorful and vibrant dish combining the delicacy of trout with the boldness of Vietnamese flavors.
Ingredients
- β2 Rainbow Trout Fillets
- β1 tsp Mi Quang Spice Blendavailable at Asian markets
- β2 tbsp Vitamin E Oil
- β1 tbsp Dense Vietnamese Fish Sauce
- β1 tbsp Emulsified Soy Sauce
- β1 bunch Fresh Rainbow Basil
- β4 Lime Wedges

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Rinse the trout fillets and pat them dry.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the Mi Quang Spice Blend, Vitamin E Oil, Dense Vietnamese Fish Sauce, and Emulsified Soy Sauce.

4. Brush the spice blend mixture evenly onto both sides of the trout fillets.

5. Place the trout fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake the trout in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.

7. While the trout is baking, chop the fresh Rainbow Basil into small pieces.

8. Once the trout is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 2-3 minutes.
