Thai Bread Gratin

- β1 1/2 cups Bread, cubed
- β1 cup Portuguese bread, tornfor topping
- β2 cups Emulsified sauce (see below for recipe)
- β1/2 cup, grated Gratin cheese (such as parmesan or cheddar)
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, choppedfor garnish

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine cubed bread, emulsified sauce, gratin cheese, butter, soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
