Tofu Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry recipe with crispy tofu and a variety of colorful vegetables. Serve over rice or noodles for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- β1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- β1 medium onion
- β1 medium bell pepper
- β2 cups broccoli
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 teaspoon garlic powder

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
