Slovakian Sloppy Fried Rice
A hearty and energizing breakfast dish from Slovakia, made with fried rice and a few secret ingredients.

- β1 cup cooked Slovakian rice
- β2 large Eggbeaten
- β1 tablespoon ground Flax
- β1 cup cooked Fried rice

Instructions

Heat a non-stick pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the flax and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Push the flax to one side of the pan, crack in the eggs and scramble them.

Mix the eggs with the flax, then add the cooked rice and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the Slovakian rice and stir-fry for another 2 minutes, until heated through.
