German Hangover Cure Papillote
A German-inspired dish to help alleviate hangovers, featuring a poached egg and Canadian bacon in a flavorful papillote.
Ingredients
- β4 slices Canadian Bacon
- β2 Egg
- β1 cup Spinach
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1 cup Watercress
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit a small baking dish.

Place 2 slices of Canadian bacon on the parchment paper.

Place an egg on top of the Canadian bacon.

Sprinkle garlic and spinach over the egg.

Fold the parchment paper to create a papillote.

Place the papillote in a small baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes.
