Injera Azifa

Ingredients
- β1 cup, torn injera
- β1 cup, shredded cabbage
- β1 cup, grated carrots
- β1/2 cup, chopped red onion
- β1 cup, diced tomatoes
- β2, diced green chili peppers
- β1 tablespoon, grated ginger
- β1 tablespoon olive oil

1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, red onion, tomatoes, and green chili peppers.
