Filipino Grilled Fish Skewers
A flavorful and easy-to-make dish from the Philippines, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. This recipe features fish marinated in a mixture of Filipino spices and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β4-6 pieces Fish fillets (about 500g)such as tilapia or catfish
- β1/2 cup Pineapple juiceor a mixture of pineapple and orange juice
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oilfor brushing the grill
- β2 teaspoons Garlic powderor 3 cloves of minced garlic
- β1 teaspoon Onion powderor 1/2 cup of sliced onions
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepperfreshly ground
- β1/4 teaspoon Saltor to taste
- β2 tablespoons Lime juiceor 1 lime, cut into wedges

1. In a large bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
