Chestnut and Mushroom Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry made with fresh chestnuts and mushrooms, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β2 cups, peeled and sliced chestnut
- β1 cup, sliced mushroom
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β1 tablespoon soy sauce
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β1 tablespoon, grated fresh ginger
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced chestnuts and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they start to brown.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until they are tender.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Pour in the soy sauce and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute, or until the sauce has thickened.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
