Hojicha Pancakes

Ingredients
- β1 cup Hojicha ground
- β1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- β2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
- β2 Large eggs
- β1 cup Milk
- β1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- β1 teaspoon Sodium bicarbonate
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and sodium bicarbonate.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until just combined. Do not overmix.

4. Stir in the hojicha ground.
